What is Control unit (CU) this also known as CPU Central Processing Unit

We can also say it as central nervous system of the Computer. The process of input, output, processing and storage is performed under the supervision of control unit. Thus, this unit is used to control all the devices, witch is helpful for processing.

The CU known as CPU Central Processing Unit This is divide under three different units like Control Unit, Arithmetic Unit And Logical Unit Memory Unit etc.

The Arithmetic Unit is control Arithmetic Operation like Plus, Minus, Multiplication, Subtraction and many types of arithmetic operation etc.

The Logical unit is perform logic operation means save file in suggested path, delete some file and follow user commands etc.

The Control Unit is decide to witch function assign witch unit and take a control all system and manage all function and user commands. ans per user. The process is explain below.

The Memory Unit can manage data inserted into the computer system is first stored in the memory for further processing.

Functions/feature of the ALU may be summarized as Follows:

    a) It always adds in order to Perform the various arithmetic operations.

    b) All operations in the ALU are carried out in binary under the control of Control Unit. Once the            processing is over, the final results are released to the output storage area from their they proceed            to the output service.

    c) ALU witch is responsible for movement of data between storage and itself performs arithmetic and         logical operations.

    d) The movement of data between the ALU And the CPU's storage area (I.E. registers) may take                 place survival times before one processing operation is completed.
